The purchase protection does not apply if the seller has described the object in precise detail, but you're not happy with the purchase; if you open the dispute after more than 180 days from the date of purchase; or if your PayPal account is not in good standing. Pay attention to these rules.
What purchases are not covered?

The protection does not apply in the case of property and vehicles (of any kind). The purchase protection is not also covers, items purchased in person or the money you send to family and friends. You must file a complaint within 180 days of purchase.
